The border with Brazil has been closed amid a row over humanitarian aid
Venezuela's President Nicolás Maduro has closed the border with Brazil amid a row over humanitarian aid. He said he could also shut the border with Colombia to stop the opposition bringing in relief. German competitors BMW and Daimler are linking up to invest in projects involving driverless vehicles, ride hailing and parking services. We get the latest from the BBC's Theo Leggett. The Pan-African Festival of Cinema and Television, one of Africa's oldest film festivals, is celebrating 50 years.
