Vale mine chief resigns

The head of Brazil's Vale mining giant and a number of other executives have stepped down following the collapse of a dam which killed 186 people in the town of Brumadinho. The BBC's Latin America business correspondent Daniel Gallas gives us the latest. The UN's nuclear watchdog is gathering in Vienna today, where security and safety will be high on the agenda.
