Theresa May suffers third Brexit defeat
MPs reject EU withdrawal deal for a third time despite prime minister's offer to resign
The British parliament has rejected the government's Brexit withdrawal agreement for a third time, despite Theresa May's offer to resign as prime minister if it passed. European leaders say a chaotic "no deal" exit in two weeks' time is now the most likely outcome.
