
UK PM to stand down after Brexit deal
Theresa May says she’ll step down as Prime Minister before the next phase of Brexit negotiations - if her deal passes.
British MPs have today seized control of the parliamentary agenda and are holding votes on alternatives to Prime Minister Theresa May’s Brexit deal. The PM’s deal has been rejected by the House of Commons twice, but today she promised that if MPs supported it in a 3rd vote she would step down and let someone else lead the next phase of Brexit negotiations. We’ll bring you the latest from Westminster.
