Brexit Deal Faces Fresh Vote

The British prime minister has urged MPs to back the altered Brexit deal she's negotiated with the European Union. The Irish prime minister has urged them to do the same when they vote on Tuesday evening. What is different about the altered deal? And will Theresa May fare better tonight?
