Venezuelan Military Blocks Aid

The Venezuelan military has blocked a bridge on the Colombia-Venezuela border amid rising tensions over opposition efforts to bring US humanitarian aid into the country. We’ll hear from the border and ask what impact international talks in Uruguay today might have.
