Police fired tear gas at demonstrators trying to march to the presidential palace in Khartoum, and at least one person was shot dead. Protests were originally sparked by fuel and bread shortages, and have been continuing for nearly two weeks. We’ll hear from a journalist in Khartoum and ask what this means for President Bashir.
