DR Congo Presidential Poll Delay

Voting in Sunday's presidential election has been delayed until March in three cities over insecurity and Ebola outbreak concerns.

Also in the programme: Japan announces plans to resume commercial whale hunting and withdraw from the International Whaling Commission; and visualising cancer in three dimensions.
