
Suicide bombers attack Libyan foreign ministry
Three civilians are reported to have been killed; a senior security source blamed IS
The assault is reported to have begun when a car bomb exploded just outside the building. Two died when explosive devices they were carrying detonated; three civilians are also reported to have been killed. It's not yet clear who was behind the attack, but a senior security source has blamed it on Islamic State militants.
