
Police Convicted in Philippines ‘War on Drugs’
Three police officers have been found guilty of the extra-judicial murder of a teenager they said was a drug runner.
Three police officers have been found guilty of the extra-judicial murder of Kian Delos Santos, a teenager they said was a drug runner. President Duterte launched his “war on drugs” campaign in 2016 and since then police say 5000 dealers or users have been killed. We’ll hear from a local journalist and one of the country’s senators.
