Captured Ukrainian Sailors Appear on Russian TV
Russian Television has broadcast “confessions” by three captured Ukrainian sailors.
One of the men, Volodymyr Lisovyi, said he was aware of the "provocative nature" of the Ukrainian action but Ukraine's navy commander said the men had been forced to lie under duress. We'll also hear the US response to this marked rise in tension.
Also in the programme: A Syrian refugee has finally arrived in Canada after being stranded at an airport in Malaysia for months, and a major Anglo-Saxon cemetery has been discovered in the east of England.
