More unconfirmed and gruesome reports have appeared in the Turkish media about the suspected killing of Jamal Khashoggi as the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was meeting Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan .
Also in the programme: Canada becomes only the second country to legalize the sale and consumption of cannabis; and an explosion at a college in Crimea has killed at least thirteen people.
