North Korea Peace Treaty "Only A Matter Of Time"

The South Korean president Moon Jae-in says it is "only a matter of time" before the US and North Korea sign a peace treat to formally end the state of war between the two countries.

Also in the programme: a friend and colleague of the missing Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi says it would be unconscionable if he was killed by the Saudi authorities; and a new report says caesarean section births have increased sharply since 2000.
