What Happened To Jamal Khashoggi?

Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was living in exile in Turkey when he went missing more than a week ago. Turkish media outlets have now published CCTV footage which they say shows evidence that Saudi intelligence officers were linked to his disappearance.
