The authorities in Indonesia say more than eight-hundred people are now known to have been killed by an earthquake and tsunami on the island of Sulawesi. Relief officials say many people are still trapped in the city of Palu. Lacking heavy lifting equipment, rescuers have been using their hands to try to reach people.
