US-Canada trade talks break up without a deal but will continue next week
Talks between the US and Canada over amending the North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta) have concluded on deadline day without a deal being reached. President Donald Trump has threatened to leave Canada on the sidelines and levy tariffs on car parts exported from the country to the US if a deal is not reached.
