Former Bosnia Governors Condemn Kosovo-Serbia Land Swap

Former High Representative to Bosnia-Hercegovina Lord Paddy Ashdown has condemned plans for a land swap between Serbia and Kosovo. Its leaders say the plan will end a long-running border dispute. But diplomats are concerned it could destabilise the entire region.
