
Archbishop Calls on Pope Francis to Resign
Archbishop Viganò calls for the Pope to quit for rehabilitating a disgraced US Cardinal
The former Vatican ambassador to Washington, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, has issued an 7,000 word letter in which he alleges a cover-up in which Pope Francis rehabilitated US Cardinal Theodore McCarrick who was found to have sexually abused trainee priests. Archbishop Viganò has called on the Pope to resign.
