Peace Deal Signed in South Sudan
President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar hail "permanent" ceasefire.
South Sudan President Salva Kiir and the rebel leader Riek Machar have signed an agreement to try to end five years of civil war. Under the framework deal, a ceasefire will come into effect in the next seventy-two hours.
