Ethiopia: Dozens Hurt in Grenade Attack at Pro-PM Rally
Officials say scores of people have been injured in explosion at a rally for Abiy Ahmed.
Ethiopia's prime minister has condemned an attack on a huge rally where he'd been speaking, calling it an attempt to undermine the country's unity.
