The US President Donald Trump has met the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Singapore. It is the first time the sitting leaders of the two countries have met. After a year of exchanging threats the two men shook hands before going into talks. After the summit the leaders signed a "comprehensive" document, promising a new relationship between the nations, and committing North Korea to work towards "the complete denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula".
Diplomats, correspondents and analysts share their views and expertise in a special edition of Newshour dedicated to the historic meeting.
