Russia Expels US Diplomats

Russia expels 60 US diplomats from Russia in response to the co-ordinated expulsion of over 140 Russians. Doctors in the UK says Yulia Skripal is out of danger however, her father, the former Russia spy Sergei Skripal, remains in a critical but stable condition.
