A number of girls were sexually abused
Questions are being asked in Liberia about how an American-run charity, set up to provide an education for girls, ended up being a place where a number of them were sexually abused.
One year ago this weekend, a huge blast in the heart of the capital Mogadishu, killed more than 500 people. The attack happened during the rush hour, and caused houses hundreds of metres away to collapse.
The currency crisis in Zimbabwe is worsening. Shops and restaurants are shutting down, and businesses are demanding to be paid in US dollars.
