Official asserts that colleagues are working to frustrate parts of the President's agenda
In a New York Times editorial, an unnamed senior official within the Trump administration asserts that US government colleagues are working to frustrate parts of the President's agenda, in order to preserve America's democratic institutions.
The verdict is expected today in the trial of eleven soldiers accused of gang raping foreign aid workers and murdering a local journalist in South Sudan. The case is seen as a test of the country's ability to hold its soldiers to account.
The Supreme Court in India is due to rule on the issue of gay sex and whether it should continue to be illegal or should be decriminalised.
