
Greece Emerges from Eurozone Bailout Programme

Greece has ended a three-year Eurozone bailout programme which was designed to help it cope with fallout from a debt crisis. The rescue fund known as the European Stability Mechanism said that for the first time in eight years, Greece could stand on its own feet again.
Dozens of South Koreans are gathering at a hotel on the border with North Korea ahead of a reunion with family members they have not seen for more than sixty years.
Rescue efforts are being stepped up in the flood-hit Indian state of Kerala, where monsoon rains have eased for now. India's air force and navy helicopters are airlifting stranded people from rooftops, and dropping food supplies to those they cannot yet reach.
