Family Reunions on Korean Border

Family members have not seen each other for more than sixty years

Dozens of South Koreans are gathering at a hotel on the border with North Korea ahead of a reunion with family members they have not seen for more than sixty years.

Rescue efforts are being stepped up in the flood-hit Indian state of Kerala, where monsoon rains have eased for now. India's air force and navy helicopters are airlifting stranded people from rooftops, and dropping food supplies to those they cannot yet reach.

A British woman has been pulled from the sea off the coast of Croatia having spent ten hours in the water after falling from a cruise liner.
