US Says North Korea Is Building Missiles Again
Despite recent US claims that the country is no longer a nuclear threat.
Spy satellites appear to have detected renewed activity at a North Korean factory which has in the past produced intercontinental ballistic missiles, according to unnamed officials who've spoken to US media.
The top court in the UK has ruled that families here will no longer need to go to court for approval to withdraw food and water from loved ones who are in a permanent vegetative state.
Peter Biar Ajak, a prominent South Sudanese rights activist critical of both President Salva Kiir's regime as well as rebel leader Riek Machar, has been arrested.
