Novichok Causes New Poisoning in UK

The nerve agent has left two people critically ill.

A man and a woman are being treated at the same hospital in Salisbury where the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were taken when they were poisoned in March.

The National Health Service in the UK is 70 years old. It was set up under the principle that everyone could have access to healthcare, so how is it bearing up?

And we report from Uganda on the situation for some of the children who were living in orphanages which the government has closed because of concerns that they were operating illegally and the children's welfare was at risk.
