Syrian War: Airbase Near Homs Targeted

Syrian state media says anti-aircraft guns have been fired in response to a missile attack on an airbase near the city of Homs. It's unclear who's behind the attack.

Russia says it will allow international weapons inspectors to visit the scene of the suspected chemical attack on Wednesday. Britain and the United States say Moscow and the Syrian regime have been tampering with the evidence.
