Former South Korea President Convicted of Abusing Power

A South Korean court has convicted the country's former president, Park Geun-hye, of bribery, coercion and abuse of power. It found Ms Park had conspired with a long-term friend to force some of South Korea's biggest companies to hand over millions of dollars.
