Russia To Expel 23 British Diplomats

As the row over the nerve agent attack on an ex spy and his daughter in the UK continues, Russia is to expel 23 British diplomats within a week. They also plan to close the British Council in Russia and the British Consulate in St Petersburg. This is in response to the UK decision to expel 23 Russian diplomats. We will also hear from a prominent London based Russian about how he feels about the current situation.
