Witnesses Describe Use of Toxic Gas in Syria

At least 20 people are reported to have died in government attacks on rebel-held areas. A doctor told the BBC that fifteen civilians in the town of Saraqeb were taken to hospital smelling of chlorine and suffering breathing problems.
