The Catalan Parliament Has Reopened After Snap Elections

A parliamentary board will be voted for and they will propose the next president. It has been suggested that exiled leader Carlos Puigdemont can still rule through social media if needed earning him the nickname the "hologram president".

Also, Ethiopian opposition leader Merera Gudina has been released after more than a year in detention and new research has found that wild dolphins need to eat 33, 000 calories a day.
