Syrian Medical Evacuations Continue

A further twelve critically ill patients are evacuated from rebel-held area of Damascus. The UN special envoy to Syria fears children in desperate need of evacuation are being used as bargaining chips. Also, hundreds of prisoners held captive in war-torn eastern Ukraine are beginning their first full day of freedom, thousands of Moroccans take to the streets demanding the government alleviate poverty and unemployment, and record snowfall in the United States.
