UN Debates New North Korea Sanctions
If passed, it will be the third raft of sanctions imposed on North Korea this year.
The United States presented the draft resolution on Thursday following negotiations with China in response to North Korea's missile test last month. Also: the Spanish PM rejects Catalan talks outside country and Beethoven's Ninth Symphony is Japan's Christmas song.
