Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said "a national tragedy" had been exposed. Also: the US space agency, NASA, says it has discovered an eighth planet circling around a distant star, making it the first to host as many planets as our own Solar System, and the leader of the French National Front, Marine Le Pen, and the Dutch anti-Islam MP, Geert Wilders, are meeting in Prague this weekend with other populist right wing politicians. They'll be discussing alternatives to the European Union.
