Jerusalem: Netanyahu wants EU to follow US recognition

The Israeli Prime Minister is visiting Brussels for talks with EU ministers. Also, three opposition parties in Venezuela have been told they can't field presidential candidates at next year's election and the Russian President Vladimir Putin, has announced a partial withdrawal of forces from Syria.
