IOC bans Russia from 2018 Winter Olympics
The ban follows allegations of state-sponsored doping at the 2014 Sochi Games.
Despite the IOC banning Russia from the 2018 Winter Olympics following an investigation into state-sponsored doping, Russian athletes who can prove they are clean will be allowed to compete in South Korea under a neutral flag. Also, senior Palestinian official warns Trump against recognising Jerusalem as Israeli capital, and Nigerian governor appoints his sister as 'Commissioner of Happiness.'
