Muted Response from the West to Putin Win

China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Venezuela, Bolivia and Cuba all sent congratulations to the Russian President on his election win but there was little response from western countries. We hear reaction from inside Russia and across the world to the election result. A nine year old boy has allegedly shot his sister dead in a row over a video game in Mississippi.
