Russia spy: Allies condemn nerve agent attack

US, UK, French and German leaders agree Russia was behind the nerve agent attack on a former spy and his daughter in England. Russia has denied any involvement in the attack. It has vowed a swift response to the expulsion of its diplomats. Also The US has imposed sanctions on 19 Russians for alleged interference in the 2016 Presidential election.
