Former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia are critically ill in hospital after apparently being poisoned in Salisbury in the UK - but were they Kremlin targets? The possibility of an unexplained substance being involved has drawn comparisons with the 2006 poisoning of Russian dissident Alexander Litvinenko.
