Turkish Troops in Syria

Nine civilians, including a three-year-old child, were killed by mortars fired by rebel fighters at the Syrian capital Damascus on Monday, state media say. Turkish troops, accompanied by allied Syrian rebels, reportedly seized control of several areas in Afrin on Monday. We sit down the Turkish and Arabic language services to talk through the latest and how it's affecting civilians. Also, the nominations for the 90th Academy Awards have been announced, with 'The Shape of Water' taking 13, including best picture. And Hugh Masekela, the famous South African jazz trumpeter has died.
