Shackled Siblings Found in California Home

A couple have been arrested after police found their 13 children allegedly held captive.

David Allen Turpin and Louise Anna Turpin have been held on charges of torture and child endangerment. Their 13 children were found by police "shackled to their beds with chains and padlocks". Officers were alerted by one of the victims, a 17-year-old girl. Also, we hear the latest on the conditions on Lesbos, Greece’s island for refugees, from a journalist who has recently visited.
