Ukraine Prisoner Exchange
Ukraine and separatist rebels in the east of the country exchange prisoners.
Ukraine has handed over more than 260 people to the pro-Russian militants in exchange for 74 held captive in the self-proclaimed "people's republics" in Donetsk and Luhansk. We have the latest from Kiev.
