
North Korea 'Willing to Discuss Disarming'
South Korean officials: Kim Jong-un would negotiate if the North's safety is assured.
President Trump has given a cautious reaction to South Korea's announcement that the North is prepared to discuss denuclearisation - saying it could be a false hope. We hear from Christopher Hill, former US ambassador to South Korea and head of the US delegation to the Six Party Talks on the North Korean nuclear issue.
