China Moves To Let President Extend Rule
Constitutional changes will scrap two-term limit to allow Xi Jinping to remain in power.
China's ruling Communist Party has moved to allow the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, to stay in power indefinitely. The proposal, which will almost certainly be accepted by China's rubber-stamp parliament, would remove the current two-term limits for the country's president and vice president.
