Russian ban to be lifted before Winter Olympics closing ceremony?

A second Russian athlete is excluded from the Winter Olympics. Russian bobsleigh pilot Nadezhda Sergeeva has been banned for doping as Olympic chiefs meet to discuss lifting sanctions on her country.
