Russia Plane Crash Kills 71

The Saratov Airlines passenger plane crashed minutes after taking off from Moscow’s Domodedovo airport. All 65 passengers and 6 crew on board the plane were killed. Investigators say they are considering three possible causes for the crash: human error, weather conditions and technical failure.
