UN Discusses Turkish Offensive in Northern Syria

The United Nations Security Council meets to discuss the Turkish incursion of a Kurdish enclave in northern Syria. Thousands of civilians are trying to flee as Turkish troops backed by Syrian rebels continue their offensive.
