Winter Olympics Prompts Thaw On Korean Peninsula

North and South Korea agree to talks aimed at defusing border tension as North agrees to send athletes to next month's Winter Olympic Games in the South. The move came after the two sides held their first high-level face-to-face meeting for two years.
